Dera Ms Creecy, I humbly apologize for waisting you time. I live in East London and at about 16H15 I walked passed Preston's in Cambridge just after work when I notice A Quantum Taxi standing right outside Preston's where the driver was consuming alcohol as well as the assistant next to him. Not only did this driver carry on drinking as if nothing is wrong but he still walked back into Preston's to purchase another bottle of Spuce Gold and coke. I reported this incident to Traffic Control in East London as well as the SAPS yelling me they would send someone out. I waited half an hour still no law enforcement on the seen. I would like to know why the hell am I writing to you after what happened in Vamderbyijl Parke where 14 pupils lost there lives because of a idiot like this that did not Care for anyone but himself. I ask you Ms. Minister that taxi driver I saw is he also going to get away with murder just because he is black or is there real justice in South Africa. I would like a response ASAP OR I WILL BE PUTTING EVERYTHING ON SOCIAL MEDIA INCLUDING VIDEO AND PICS TO PROVE TO SOUTH AFRICA THAT THIS GOVERNMENT DIES NOT GIVE A SHIT.
