I am Thobejane Mogale a self taught climate engineer and founder of Machaka weather and climate works from South of Joburg .

We are a new company specialising with making it rain.We make small scale rain to large scale rainfall.We also change weather patterns in areas that face severe weather conditions.
We have been writing to the government through water and sanitation forever without any success.Wrote to the President with an intention to help drought stricken areas like Eastern Cape with water and provide water security.
We also wrote to the Premier of the Eastern Cape with no success.
Our understanding is that we will never be accepted or used because we not from the mainstream system.
We use sound laced with water to make it rain.
We wrote to you because you are a Chief , a resident in an affected Province and a public representative.
We have a program to help Eastern Cape with water..for vegetation and filling all the dams especially those who supply people with drinking water.All we are asking is help with logistics.. transport.. accomodation etc .
We are prepared to demonstrate our capabilities anytime.
