Dear Minister Creecy, my driving license card is expiring on the 31st March 2025. I went to Waterfall RTMC and applied for my renewal in plenty of time on the 5th February 2025. I am now told that my card is not ready, and I need to go and apply for a temporary driving license card at my expense and at my time because your printing machine for the card has broken down. How is this acceptable?
