Mr Blade,I hav a concern I need assisstance with.My daughter is suppose to start Matric at Pheonix College in CBD,due to financial difficult I remained wt R4000 from last years fees.I paid R2500 on the 14Jan 2020 n asked to make an arrangement to pay the outstanding balance by end January but the school refuses to allow my daughter to start attending classes.They dont want to hear about making arrangements to pay n my daughter n many other students whose parents hav not finished paying school r locked outside the school gates.My worry is that they are starting classes n she wil miss out on her school work.Is the school allowed to do this?Can you help us in this matter.As a parent im not refusing to pay.They deny me even a chance to make payment arrangement.Is this allowed? And if not wht can I do to get help for my daughter??
