As a collective unfairly treated terminated contract lectures of the NCUTVE college in Kimberley we would like you to seriously intervene in engage with the matter we as lectures at ncutvet faced from the beginning of this year. The circular from Dhet Curricular 30, of 2020 that stated that all contract employees should retain in their posts, whilst the council is f NCUTVET under principal Brian Madalane went beyond the circular mandate by termination baring our contract. We met all the qualificative criteria into teaching and lecturing and serving the students. We are very frustrated and unhappy into this case and how it got dealt with without a response from dhet, seeing that it was reported. SIR with outmost respect and humbleness please help us taking this matter onn because an immense energy, time and moral has been consumed. We need help in assistance to this case. Much thanks.
