Good day deputy minister. I'm appealing to you today for assistance as we are frustrated and appalled at the service or rather no service from home affairs. I'm married to a non South African man. We have been making applications since we got married with great difficulty each time. We will have been married for ten years this year and he still doesn't have permanent residence. Our first application was rejected after 3 years of waiting. We can't phone anywhere to enquire. We are paying customers we pay for these applications and all we hear is pending or rejected. Please if you can just imagine how this affect our lives. He has been separated from his family for more than 10 years because if he leaves he won't be able to return. Why is it so hard at home affairs. Please respond
