Dear MPs

Please assist with this matter, I was dismissed on the 02 June 2018.

I was discharged unfairly and with the wrong policy; the entire labour relation was not followed.

Based on the charges:-
Charge 1.
Was denied a write to write exams and was not even allowed to use my vacation leave entittlement.

Charge 2.
I was forced to move from a pensionable establishment at Budget Control to Suspence and Voucher Control. No training was provided, two payments were made in line with the treasury regulations note 3 of 2014. Were reported to management. Greys Hospital transaction was transaction 18 on page 5 of 7 of that period.

Charge 3
I was requested to terminate Persal profile as per Annexure H. I filled the form and submitted to management still being charged.

I have been negotiatin with the PSCBC Council and Greys Hospital including HOD And MEC becouse peoples who were stealing money approximately 1.20 millions were never being charged and no fraud activities reported to the Police Station. Now the manager of the Organisation was removed by staffs as a results of allegations of ghost employees and abuse of powers.

The employer is delaying the process of dispute resolution which was referred to so that the matter will be settled but no one is willing to assist.
