It has been years whereby at my work place theirs clear and visual discrimination according to black and white and it is very visual at some casese, for example there is 2 differents canteens for whites and blacks..whites get better packages with the best benefits even though they are new at work..a black person works for 10 years and still finds it hard to cope but a white person only works 5 years and is able to buy a car and a house..black do NOT have medical cover but the whites do have medical cover. We have had 2 external audits and expressed our concerns but still we have had no change and it is very hard for employees to approach senior management because most of the time when they are approached they have the final say and thats it. Can you please somehow intervine in anyway possible. I am in PMB and the company is in PMB.
