Dear Minister
The use of drones to release and drop fishing bait from the beach has been prohibited without taking cognizance of the needs of persons with different capabilities.
I suffer from severe lower back injuries as a result of a car accident. The action of casting my bait into the sea comes with great difficulty and pain. However, my love for angling from the beaches remain.
Can the Regulations be amended to allow for exceptions to be made for persons with disabilities, please?
