Dear Mr Gayton McKenzie,
Jacques Pieters is my name, and I am a young African son with a disability. I don't want to sit at home and die of depression, stress, or any other kind of mental illness. I only have one leg, so I use crutches to get around. I matriculated in 2001, but in 2003, I lost my matriculation certificate because I participated in a government program. Having been born in the Northern Cape, I am now residing in Cape Town and am fluent in Spanish. I am writing to ask for help in finding a call center job. As a former Spanish agent, I find it extremely difficult to find employment now that I have a disability because of company policies regarding emergency evacuation plans, malfunctioning elevators, etc. After I have the interview or video call, my struggles are always over. Then, suddenly, I am unsuccessful.
In the hopes that you could assist me in my job search, I have attached my resume to this email. You have my eternal gratitude for your assistance.
I am now totally out of plans, but I would appreciate your help in this matter because I apply to many companies, and I think I have the experience and skills that most of them require.
I hope to hear from you shortly.
Warm regards,
Jacques Pieters
