Dear Mr Schreiber, i am writing to you out of frustration. We are trying to apply for citizenship for my wife of 18 years. We have all the valid documentation. We stay in Strand Western Cape and must use the Paarl branch for this application. The problem is that they only work from Monday to Wednesdays and we must be there before 11am. We were twice shown away for arriving at 10am. We drive all the way there just to be shown away. I have been trying to contact miss Alexander that started our application for the PRP verification wich we finally received after 3 years. She is not answering my emails .Is there any other way to get this application started? Petrol is very expensive and we cannot go back and forth like this.
