Dear Leon

I am at DHA this morning to apply for a second passport. They asked for a letter from my employer, which i had on email(digitally), but they asked me to print it, so they can scan it and have it digitally. You can probably see where this is going. There are some unnecessary steps in here. Please look into this time, money and effort wasting practice. I am sure it would be just as good to allow people to just email/ send letters digitally… or maybe not even requiring a letter (why is it even necessary).
