Long story short I applied for a passport via the internet and while doing the biometrix at standard bank the people told me there is an additional payment which should be made but this should be done at the Paarl office. I made this payment on the 5th of December 2024. The total amound paid so far is R1800... which is for me a lot of money. I have received mail saying I have not paid. I followed up with mails, phone calls and even went in to the branch again... to no avail my application was cancled and there is no refund. I do not know what to do anymore and have no where to go. PLEASE!!! can you attend to this? Ref nr 2412-843896
