Dear Dr Schreiber,

I'm writing to you in hope of finding a resolution as soon as possible.

I have now been waiting over a week for my finger prints to be verified by the DHA to have my back account unlocked.

I have my debtors calling me non stop because payments have been missed last month due to the bank account needing DHA to verify my fingerprints.

The media booms about changes that are being made and improvements within the DHA but what we here from our banks that the systems are still offline and it's now almost been a whole week.

I hope a resolution can be found to this as soon as possible.
