I have spent months now trying to reset my password, nobody seems to be able to do it? This is a real joke 'war agains queues' and all that nonsense, cant even get my profile reset...

Who can I call to get it reset. the call center says they have no idea how to do it. Going to Home Affairs office, they say they have no idea how to do it.
