Dear Minister (Dr) Leon Schreiber.
Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on your new position, as well as the DA for being part of the coalition that can hopefully move things forward positively in South Africa.
I am writing to you because I have exhausted all avenues to resolve my situation.

In your letter addressing your staff on the Home Affairs website, you wrote, "In order to realise the vision of a reinvigorated Home Affairs where both staff and customers are treated with dignity, there will be a zero-tolerance approach to maladministration, fraud, and corruption." It is to this portion of your address that I am now appealing.

I have been trying for almost three years to obtain my unabridged birth certificate with the correct information. I am requesting your assistance to help me achieve this.
I tried to send an email to your email address listed on the government website, laschreiber@parliament.gov.za but that bounced back saying the email does not exist.

Obviously here being an open forum I cannot provide any details so please provide me with your correct contact information so that I can send you my details.
