Good afternoon Minister Nxesi,

I realise that a lot of people have been trying very hard to assist the many companies that are struggling to survive due to the adverse economic conditions created by the Covid-19 pandemic.

It is therefor very unfortunate that I have to single out your department as one of the institutions that have failed the tax paying business in South Africa.

It is now nearing the end of May and even with the assistance of our auditors we have been unable to claim funds from UIF-TERS fund for our employees for either April or May.

How does it feel to know that you and your department have failed South Africa ?

As there has been no assistance from government or private sector, it is with regret that I will have to inform you that from Monday 25 May, we will be forced to start with the retrenchment of our complete workforce.
