Dear Njabulo,
I applied for and paid for a SMART ID CARD, and a passport in May.
Despite many trips to 3 Home Affairs branches, as well as many emails to DA and Home Affairs officials(20 persons in total), including Leon Schreiber, no assistance whatsoever has been forthcoming.
Urgent intervention is required.
