Dear Matsie Motshekga
I trust all is well. As I am writing this public letter to you, I am deeply embarrassed by your leaders, you have appointed under your leadership. For 3 years, I have been battling to gain traction on completing my daughter's educational bursary or atleast gaining the balance owed, since being approved for it in 2022. To date nobody in the education department has bothered to email me with a response. The entire organization of DMV definitely needs a customer service training program and an ethical behavior course. The DMV has no KPI survey regarding service, in order to stay accountable and anyone who does not have this, is not a Leader. I have sent two invoices, in December 2024 and prior to this, to have my daughter school fees paid and nobody replies, denying my child her right to EDUCATION!! Alettie in another DMV department, can attest to this appalling approach, all whilst to while DMV brags about pathetic education statistics on their website. Your entire leadership lacks having a conscious, for widows and veterans and servicing a nation, who put you there. Dishonor has consequences please remember that. The fact that I have to email you on a public network to get attention speaks volumes.
