Good monring madam

Am writing to you to ask for help as a family we have been waithing for my late brother house since 1998 we have been attending meeting in the area regards the housing that are been build,the house have been build since2015 but it half way Duke Gumede has told us that ,the tender which was busy building the houses does not longer have the money to finish building.we have been waithing ever since than nothing has been done instead the houses are being demolish.there no law inforsment or any security to look after the place we realy need some help
