I have been trying to get a reply from someone in the Nelpruit office for more than 2 months now. I have tried to get assistance through various offices including the Ombudsman and the office for the improvement of service delivery. All attempts to get a reply seem to simply vanish into the ether as there is never a response except for the matter being referred from one office bearer to another - and no outcome. Can you please tell me how to resolve this.
