Dear Mr Roos,
We are desperate to obtain an accompanying spouse Visa for Mr Carsten Otte, the Spouse of our Reverent, Nicole Otte-Kempf, German citizen, working for 6 years in South Africa since September 2018.
The Family applied together for their Visas, the work visa and the study visas for the Kids were granted in time, but Mr Otte did not receive his.
We worked with IMCOSA, but they have no success when they inquire.
Can you please assist us in resolving this matter.
