Dear Mr. Motsoaledi

Can you PLEASE DO SOMETHING about the delay of passport renewal for South Africans living abroad. This waiting period of 6 months to a year or longer, is causing me (and many others) a lot of stress. For me personally this delay has cost me my income as i need my passport for work projects. I really do not understand why there should be such a delay, knowing how important it is for people to have their documents. Getting in contact with Home Affairs is also a big headache, the system is always down and nobody can assist in any way.
PLEASE GIVE ATTENTION TO THIS ISSUE YOUR FELLOW SOUTH AFRICANS ARE FACING ON A DAILY BASE.
