I am contacting you because I am very desperate and you are my last hope

I applied for a passport on 30 Aug but I haven't gotten it yet. I've been calling the call center but they didn't tell me anything helpful. I have to leave the country on the 12th but I'm given a deadline now which is the Thursday morning, otherwise I'll miss the trip. I have called home affairs a thousand times asking for their help but they keep telling to call after few days. It's only last week that they told me an error occurred when I was applying so that's why only the payment reflects. They have escalated the case 4 times and sent the email to the processing center but it seems like nothing is on progress. I sent them an email and a tweet but they ignored me. I've been fighting to get my passport no one feels my pain right now.

I cannot afford to miss the trip because of something that is not my fault. I need this passport by Friday, 4th of October.This is the most important trip I'll ever take and I cannot afford to miss it. I am going represent the university so this is very important and a good opportunity for my future. Please help me😭😭. I worked so hard to earn this trip.
