PLEASE ! kindly assist me. we really need your help with this.

It's been over 1 year, 3 months and I am not getting any feedback or approval on my 2 yrs old daughter's Temporary Relative Visa application, which was submitted on the 7th January 2022 !

As per VFS Pretoria office, it takes maximum 6-10 weeks for an approval of a minor child visa application. we need to travel out of the country and due to this delay service we are afraid that we will not be able to do so.

Officers, please be kind to assist me with this. calling to DHA offices every 2nd week for an update but receiving same answers that call again in 2 weeks.
I assume that there is a kind of bribe thinking to someone in your department who is waiting and deliberately not processing the application knowing that I will anyhow go to them and bribe them to do this legal process.

I request that please take this query as a matter of urgency.
