Dear Dr Schreiber,

I applied and paid for 2 copies of my APOSTILLED unabridged marriage certificate from the South African Embassy on 20 October 2023, of which I have proof. Despite numerous contacts with both the embassy in Paris and the HACC in Pretoria, I am still waiting for this document. The HACC has given me a reference number 2406-754091. I can provide email correspondence from both the embassy and the HACC if required.

I did my bit by travelling to Paris to vote. That's 190km each way. Please would you assist in my receiving what I applied for nearly 9 months ago.
