The constitution spells it clearly that children have a right to education. Retarding children from furthering studies because their parents are unable to pay for their fees, is a violation of their constitutional right. Under this economic situation, no civil servant can afford university fees.
Julius, ANC's NSFAS is busy defunding students in universities. NSFAS' policies are segregatory.
I therefore plead to EFF to urgently intervene in this matter..
ANC's failures will severly affect EFF's future
government, if this matter is not addressed as of this year.
