Good evening.

I am a practicing attorney in Limpopo Division. The Civil trial roll is only on Mondays with 80% of RAF matters. I tell you almost 80% of RAF matters are not being defended with the result that default judgments are obtained every Monday. I do not have the exact statistics but i tell you that this is happening every Monday.

What is worse is that after judgments have been obtained RAF is not going to pay and a writ of execution will be issued resulting in unnecessary costs &
"duplicate" payments the SIU was referring to and applications for rescission of judgments which are not based on law but frivolous and vexatious.

Something must be really done!
