The Federation of Black Conservation Associations in South Africa (FEBCASA) has been trying for quite some time to get an appointment with you as Minister (DFFE), but your office staff seems to decline this requests.
FEBCASA is a federation of Associations involved in the biodiversity space of South Africa representing members throughout the country in Wildlife - Hunting, Breeding, Translocation, Harvesting, Bioprospecting, Biotrade, etc, etc.

It is our view that our attempts at securing an appointment to meet with you, is being deliberately declined as some of what we seek to address with you will expose the brutal truth of inefficiencies and untoward behaviour in transformation projects within the department.
