Vaal University of Technology management used an unknown criteria to select students who'll receive dec/jan allowances because:
-Some students got it,and some didn't get it while doing the same course and their assessments are the same and they are all affected by the extension of the academic year.
-Students who have outstanding work didn't get anything.
-Students who are done with everything and will not be affected by the extension of the academic year got their allowance
