I have brought this matter to you before. I am a 72 year old pensioner who is trying to apply for my ID document. The people that was dealing with this matter are wanting me to jump through all kind of hoops. Surely I am able to get a vault copy of my birth certificate. I do not have the money to go for DNA tests and what ever else they want me to do. Surely the vault copy should do for me to apply for my ID. I am unable to receive an old age pension. Home affair state that I dont exist. So surely the vault copy would eliminate all home affairs problems. This is getting frustrating.
