Please assist me.. my child died at school while playing rugby. The Public Protector investigated the matter, discovered all the wrongs that were done about this case, yet failed to make the department of education accountable for their misdeeds.
The only conclusion I could come to was that the principal and the coach were white, my son a black child from a poor background could not be the subject of enquiry for culpable homicide.

The report was released in 2017 yet to date, the department has not complied with PP's findings. PP on the other hand is silent about this. I hereby request that the Portfolio Committee find out from PP why nothing has happened about her findings.
