Minister can you please find me answers as to why my son died, who should be held responsible for the negligence and carelessness of the coach and school principal? Why is the North West Education Department unwilling to comply with the Findings of the Public Protector's Report no 9 of 2016/2017? This department was supposed to report the death to SAPS and an Inquest be held so that the death certificate of my son can be concluded. I would appreciate your response to this matter please.
