Dear Ms Creecy, on 29/07 I applied to Natis for a letter of confirmation for converting a South African drivers licence to a Canadian one. I used the official documents and sudmitted the required scans. I have heard nothing from them despite several calls to the helpline and online requests for a timeline. The helpline times out and the e mails generate an automated response. Since Natis was formed to facilitate communication I am concerned that my correspondence has gone into a void and is lost forever. How will I ever know?
I need to know how I can move forward on this application please. I am currently in Canada but resident in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape when in South Africa. Any help or advice will be appreciated.
