DEAF 60 YEAR OLD NEEDS HEARING AID BUT DONT HAVE ID

Peggy Linda Rutgers(60) was living at different houses as a backyard dweller upshifting from 1 shelter to another for years, due to family issues. Peggy looked after me when my mom was working. I have been everywhere to assist her but to no luck. Gladys Agnes Rutgers, mother of Peggy passed on loooong ago. Peggy have 5 children namely Russell he is married, Carlo, Clint, Taylor staying with their aunties & Anthony passed on due to illness.

I made contact with the hospitals where she gave birth to her kids to track her ID number...

Mowbray maternity, Heideveld day Hosp, Red cross Hospital where she took the kids for follow ups, Groote schuur & even Vanguard day Hospital...
They could only supply me with her
D.O.B.
I also went to Cedar primary school where the children attended, to have a look in their profile to see if an ID numbers was in it, again NOTHING.

27 August 2019- I made contact with social workers from Langa to assist as they dealt with the kids. YET NO ID number could be tracked. I personally went with Peggy to home affairs in M.Plain, took the pictures did what we had to by mailing finger printshop... But still no ID number they said they don't pick up anything, YET SHE HAD A GREEN ID BOOK BEFORE!

Peggy is the elders of 7 children, which 4 is her sisters all married & 3 brothers, one passed which all resided at 138a Firethorn street Bonteheuwel. When she got really ill she came back home. I took her to hospital as she could not eat & her body was painful... We went for treatments, FOLLOW-UP on Meds ect.
Then I noticed Peggy's hearing was not so good. Took her to a private doctor to make sure & they said she only have 20% hearing in the Right ear the Left is completely deaf... Due to the cold weather's on the street and the trauma, that leaded to her hearing disability.

Im humbly doing this request to make her life so much easier and wants to apply for a HEARING AID and to get a GRANT as she can't work. What's the way foward as I can't do anything without her ID and to make her life easier.
