I would like to inform you that the way the DA handles COJ queries re. General Valuations Roll 2023 is very disappointing. We have been given 2 weeks to submit our values. Some Councillors have forwarded the message but others not. Very few DA Councillors know what is actually going on with Valuations. You query and you always get directed to Tim Truluck. Why can't the Cllrs make the effort to learn what is going on with Valuations: year after year it's the same one person that knows. We were told to submit our Valuations info via email or drop off. When you ask the Cllr if there will be a ref. no as proof of electronic receipt: they don't know. Unacceptable. The COJ Valuations portfolio is under the DA. We deserve better. I vote for you always. I called the Valuations Dept in Jorrissen Str to ask: line always busy or no reply.
