Dear minister it is with great pleasure and enjoyment that a person like you is back on the law enforcement of this country. Mr Cele i would like to take this opportunity and bring to your attention and ask for intervention because the officers in the location have failed. In the last 10 years Mthatha has increased tremendously in violent acts and the death toll is very very high. This is due to drug abuses and introduction of new type of drugs in the town. My complaint is with regard to a place named Old Payne location in Umtata west, the place is becoming beyond repairs, it is becoming a danger zone, land is being sold, people are murdered in cold blood, drug abuse is increasing tremendously, we worry about the new generation that is quickly adopting to this new violent and dangerous acts. I think there is still hope for the place only if a new approach in punishing those who perpetrate the wrong doings is adhered to rather than imprisoned, what i mean is we still need them to protect the community from all these acts that they are doing and stop them, this can only be addressed if the government takes this matter seriously and engage us young people on the best alternative that can be put in place to solve crime in this country rather than jailing thesr perpetrators which make them worse when they come out in the hell crime forming and evil teaching names jails or prison which was used to put people whom were against the rulers who colonised the people's lands. Honourable minister i would love to hear from you or at least attend to the matter i bring to the table, even policing needs great minds and innovative ideas to stop crime in our country. This is me availing my self minister THUMA MNA!!!!!!!!
