Minister please remind your SAPS members about their code of conduct.I believe that SAPS members represent SAPS even on social media.One of your members who is working in Durban as a Sergeant (I don't know the station or unit),by the name of Noluvuyo Sompunzi (on Facebook known as Noluvuyo Maka Ketelo Sompunzi) she is committing Crimen iniuria and Conspiracy.This member is unlawful, intentional, and serious violating my dignity.She is insulting me on Facebook and addressing me in a language that humiliates me.This member incites violence against me and I don't feel safe at all.If a member of SAPS can encourage conspiracy,that means we are not safe in this country.
In terms of s205(3) of the Constitution, the objects of the SAPS are to -
*prevent, combat and investigate crime;
*maintain public order;
*protect and secure the inhabitants of the Republic and their property;and
* uphold and enforce the law.
I personally don't know this member but she is humiliating me on Facebook.
