I write with agony and disturbed i ave a baby and I'm in need. I'm already in the system of dept of Labour for maternity benefit 2018, so I don't know why i haven't been receiving my ters fund ever since April 2020. The dept of labour doesn't answer our calls and emails. All we hear is they are still vetting our Passports from home affairs but when we are paying tax there is no vetting needed. Minister we never heard you talking about this issue, and its a concern. All we here its Fraud.

I personally await for my renewed permit since 2017 and we are using receipts meaning Home affairs has backlog if that is the case when are we going to receive covidters fund, yet its supposed to be disaster fund we have responsibilities and needs.

we do understand you might want to put SA citizens first but its better to tell us that we are not going to get the ters fund hence going forward we must not pay tax.

Im legally in south Africa and i pay tax and henceforth i deceive to receive the funds.

N.B why the landlines are not working at dept of labour so that we they can rectify the issues. Thats pathetic for the department.

I need clarity since i'm a tax contributor and henceforth its my benefit as well. We have been waiting for 6 months Minister,attend this with urgence.
