Dear Minister. We know you are doing your best. However we can never beat this virus as the public does not comply with any laws.
In our area, Kempton Park, sjebeens operated right through the lockdown in March. Daily people drink, use drugs and gather to party without masks. Drinking in the street. The Police does not enforce any law.
Could you please talk to the minister of police?
