Revolutionary Greetings Leader
Leader, please allow us, the people, to ask a few questions related to what is occupying the minds of many people of our country today. Lots of people are living in fear and concern and do not understand what is really happening and will happen to them over the next few weeks or months.
Leadership, this is the time for you to stand at the front and unequivocally articulate your position as the people’s representative. The Preamble to the South African Constitution states that:
“We, the people of South Africa,
(…)
…, through our freely elected representatives, adopt this Constitution as the supreme law of the Republic so as to -
(…)
Lay the foundations for a DEMOCRATIC AND OPEN SOCIETY in which GOVERNMENT IS BASED ON THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE and every citizen is equally protected by law” (capitalisation and emphasis added)
There are a few questions that we request you to answer.
Section 12(2) of the Bill of Rights makes it very important for us to know what the Party is saying about this fundamental and inalienable right. Section 12(2) says:
Section 12(2): Everyone has the right to bodily and psychological integrity, which includes the right:
a. to make decisions concerning reproduction;
b. to security in and control over their body; and

c. not to be subjected to medical or scientific experiments without their informed consent. (Emphasis added)
Section 12(2) of the Bill of Rights is in line with Article 4 and Article 16 of the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights, which say:
Article 4: Human beings are inviolable. Every human being shall be entitled to respect for his life and the integrity of his person. No one may be arbitrarily deprived of this right.
And
Article 16(1): Every individual shall have the right to enjoy the best attainable state of physical and mental health.
(Emphasis added)
Article 16(2): States parties to the present Charter shall take the necessary measures to protect the health of their people and to ensure that they receive medical attention when they are sick.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, under Article 3, also supports Section 12(2) of the Bill of Rights; it says:
Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.
The reason that we, the ordinary people of this country, are raising concerns is that we are aware that science and medicine have, in the past, been used as tools of elimination and depopulation of nations. Hitler’s Germany is one of the cases in point.
There are many examples of how science and medicine have been misused and abused, in different parts of the world, against People of Colour, especially. In this country, still within living memory, with living victims still around, such abuse of science and medicine was particularly brutal against Africans, during apartheid. Other parts of Africa have been subjected to similar abuses and hence exploitation.
In as much as it is not good to assume that you do not have adequate information, to help you to respond to the questions below and understand the fundamental basis of our concerns, relevant and applicable websites have been included for your convenience.

We, the people of South Africa, some of whom fall within your area of responsibility request to know what exactly your official position is on the following
