Dear Sir/Ma'am.

Greetings Sir/Ma'am, my name is Siyanqoba Nimrod Marolen. I am a NC(V) level 4 student, studying Automotive Repair and Maintenance (Engineering and Related design) at EEC TVET College Daveyton Campus. Last year I managed to reach the requirements for 6 of the 7 subjects I was doing except for Automotive Repair and Maintenance. And this year we are only allowed to do the subject we are doing part time and not the we are doing full time. This a problem because the lecturers at school are not will to attend part-time students. So might end up coming back for part-time subjects longer than we are supposed to.

For instance, last year part-time students we not attended, and this year part-time students are still not attended. Next year there is a possibility we might have to come back for the Automotive Repair and Maintenance level 3 subject and again for the level 4 one in 2023, which is an additional 2 years above the initial 3 years. We tried talking to the campus manager and the deputy about this issue and yet we were told they are following policy and they won't help us unless we send an email to the department.

So I am kindly requesting your presence in discussing this issue or your assistance because the institution is asking us for payment of subject depts which honestly can't be paid due to unemployment.

Your faithfully,
Siyanqoba Nimrod Marolen.
