Dear. Honourable Cele, I salute you and have great respect for you. Mr Cele I'm writing this letter with heartbroken tears in my eyes asking for help. Allistair Whiteboy is and are the druglord of my community for which everybody is afraid of. The reason why I'm writing to you is because even the Gelvandale Police don't want to help, Unsolved murder cases, prostitution, children screeming, and I'm definitely sure he is infecting my community with Carona virus.
