I would like you to advise me on the following , my domestic lady 's son did his learners test this morning at Ipeleng testing center in Mabopane , when completed he was told he cannot get his results... on enquiring why not they told him he has to pay another R1500 , when asking what for|? they told him for a ' bribe' , but they would not release his results to him at all . Kindly advise asap , this child is devastated and we cannot afford bribes as we are not corrupt people????? What are our rights , or do we not have any rights in this in humane country????
