MR MINISTER

I reside in Phoenix and we are having major water issues since 2020. In the last 2 months we go without water for days. Almost every day water comes on at approximately 5 in the morning and by approximately 10am it stops until the following morning. The excuse is that Reservoir 2 which serves us is running low. What I can't understand is that in last 3 years no attempts have been made to resolve this issue but it's problems have escalated. Nobody listens. I have written to the head of the ethekwini water and also the mayor of ethekwini but to no avail. Kindly intervene and help to put an end to the suffering of the people who are denied the basic human rights of potable water.
