I am from KZN, Uthukela District in Estcourt, Ephangweni Area. I am a concerned citizen about failure of people to adhere to the call by the President for people to stay at home. People are just wandering about on the roads, children are playing on playgrounds outside their homes. I understand that police resources are streched to the limit but with co-ordinated effort, law can be enforced, there are so many police vehicles that FLY PASS THIS AREA, eg Amangwe pass this area. Wembezi. If they for a strech of about 2km drive at 40km or less and enforce the law during this period Convid-19 because this happens along the Loskop Main Road and in that they are not diveted from their routes. I believe the disease will be spread by rural areas as emphasis is in Cities, Town and townships
