Please help us as the irrigation scheme personnel which was employed by the Department of Agriculture (DRDAR) Eastern Cape since 2007 with no benefits ,no increment, no contracts.We had an advisory award from CCMA case number ECEL1698-15 by Comissioner C Randall date 9 June 2015.Not a single year we receive a bonus instead we dont get paid for 3-6 months sometimes.We communicated with the seniors of the Department to resolve this matter but it was all in vain.These Irrigation Scheme include Qamata,Shiloh,Zanyokwe ,Keiskamahoek,Bilatye And Ncora irrigation schemes
