CONCERNING THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE IN THE NW DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.

Good day Minister Angie Motshekga.

We, as the citizens of the NW Province who are associated with the Education fraternity have been carefully watching the developments surrounding the signed Organizational Structure of Education's implementation.

It has come to our attention that its implementation is active from the top, the positions that really do not impact positively to the grass roots level. Those that need to do so are put aside. I refer to those of circuit managers, coordinators, subject advisory, etc. Instead they prioritize those of DDGs that are just a waste of taxpayers money. How do you expalin appointing three DDGs, many Chief Directors, Directors, Deputy Directors when we do not have enough subject advisers and circuit managers in the system? Schools are without teachers, schools are without Admin. and General Assistants. In many cases, 1 AA is responsible for carry the duty on a school having a roll of more than 1500 when 1 division has a DDG, Chief Director, Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Director. What are they directing???

Please intervene and ensure that this structure is implemented as soon as possible to save taxpayers' money by elliminating lot of positions that are redundant, like the so called Sub-Districtt Managers who are a delay in the system of implementation.
