With due respect to your office,I would like to make a request,to come at Moretele municipality to find the clarity about Ward 09 which is at Mmotla the place which was firstly proclaimed a township but now it is no longer a township,my question is,is it possible?
The other burning issue is about budgets allocations,Mmotla lack proper infrastructures which were supposed to have been attended long before 2016.

In 2012 or before the holes were dug for highmast lights but even today there is not even a single apolo light

In 2016 before local elections we were promised 30 highmast lights for 2016/2017 budget still non.
Water catchment to be done as it was advertised in Sowetan newspaper last year at the amount of 4million but now the budget was reduced to R500.000.00,is it possible?

NB.as it stands Mmotla has now been nullified and reduced to a mere village as compared to other Moretele villages.

Could someone from your office come investigate as to what and where does this place Mmotla falling under which municipality,Gauteng or North West.
