Dear Minister I'll like to appeal to you to intensively look on test stations and traffic department. By so saying is a concern that all stations in GAUTENG province these people reports at stations everyday only to bridge gap between communities and people working at the licenses. They can arrange to make roadworthy without taking car in. Pls make sure no one reports there but not works there pls.
